How it works

ARTEL is a closed group in Telegram. Anything that can be automated, the bot does. People do the work.

The bot does the routine. People do the work. Two people start a project. Everyone sees the fund.

    Every day

    In the evening the bot asks how your day went. A short report: what you did, the main thing today, where you got stuck and why, what's next. Voice messages work too — the bot transcribes them. The report isn't control, it's a journal: you see how you move and how others move.

    Projects

    Any member can pitch a project — internal or a product to sell. An “I'm in” button, two people — and the project starts with its own thread. The bot keeps track of stages, deadlines and reminders.

It takes two to lift the beam: hold both ends at once. Two fingers; the mouse and Space; Enter and Space together on a grip; or the F and J keys. In One hand mode the grips stay held: press once to hold, press again to let go.

How income is split is agreed before the project starts.

    Fund

    The ARTEL fund pays for servers, tools and the first costs of new projects. Every member sees what came in and where it went.

  2. 04

    Calls

    Once a week. We show results and work through where we got stuck. Members pick the time, the bot sends reminders.

  3. 05

    Challenges

    Challenges run inside — for example, 180 days of daily grind without a miss. Joining is optional. Those who make it get a mark.

  4. 06

    Selection

    Application, member vote, trial month. During the trial we look at what you do: reports, projects, helping others. Every month it's visible who does the work — and that applies to everyone, not just newcomers.
